ToMP3 provides a free, browser-based audio and video to MP3 conversion service. Our service allows users to:

• Convert FLAC files to MP3 format
• Convert M4A files to MP3 format
• Convert WAV files to MP3 format
• Convert AAC files to MP3 format
• Convert OGG files to MP3 format
• Extract audio from MOV videos as MP3
• Extract audio from MP4 videos as MP3

All conversions are performed locally in your browser using WebAssembly technology. No files are uploaded to our servers.

When using our service, you agree to:

• Only convert files that you own or have permission to convert
• Respect copyright laws and intellectual property rights
• Not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
• Not overload our servers with excessive requests
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws

You may not use our service:

• To convert copyrighted material without proper authorization
• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
• To transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, employees, or other users
• To upload malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful computer code

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ToMP3 and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain all rights to files you convert using our service. We claim no ownership over your content.

We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee:

• 100% uptime or availability
• Compatibility with all browsers or devices
• Error-free operation
• Uninterrupted service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the service.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ToMP3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the last six months, or $100, whichever is less.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
